The dissertation thesis deals with Czechoslovakian jazz rock in the era of so called normalization. It observes the beginnings, chosen microprobes, the conjuncture of the era and self reflection of the musicians altogether with contextual connotation of political science, sociology and history. These represent a type of genre/style of so called nonartificial music with specific position of local apolitical phenomenon which creates a part of the symptomatic cultural picture mainly in the seventies.
